The Holy Spirit brings us the information we need to know about God and how to navigate the world around us. And we can be absolutely certain that it came from God because the Bible was inspired by the Holy Spirit, who is God. He reveals the truth of Scripture to connect us to Jesus our Savior and then to give us the power to believe it.
