It is truly awe-some when you consider how the Creator of everything humbled and abased Himself to save us.
We certainly don’t deserve what He did for us.
The punishment and torture that He took on Himself is what we deserve.
We have a God who loved us so much that He paid the price for our sins. We can’t do anything to pay for our sins and even if we could, it would be far too little.
As you spend time this Thanksgiving with your family, friends and those we love, be thankful for the countless blessings He has bestowed on you, appreciate the situations He has protected you from and also ponder how He gave up everything to save you.
