This week on Time of Grace, I’m starting a new series called Simply Christmas. For five weeks I’ll focus on the miracle of Jesus’ birth and what it means for you.
Many people view Christmas as a season of wishes, dreams, and heartwarming tales. Rudolph, Frosty, Tiny Tim, and other fictional figures make us all feel good.
But the Christian story of Christmas is radically different . . . and way better!
Luke’s investigation was about facts, not feelings. Luke 2 gives us the real people, real places, and real hope that we find in a real, historical Jesus. This message reminds us that Jesus’ birth actually happened, which is heartwarming news because that means he actually changes lives!
