Promises are a part of our daily life. The Bible is likewise full of promises. It uses the word “covenant” to define a mutual promise and speaks of six. In fact, the Old Testament prophet Jeremiah tells of a “New” covenant between God and His people, which is superior to all others and is the basis for our hope.
