One side or the other is lying here. And Apple is adamant that it’s not them.

The above link gives an update to what happened with the Dash API doc app which I wrote about here.
I guess the moral of the story is if you want to help someone become an Apple developer, use a different credit card and hardware than what is linked to your account.
The Mac app is still available to purchase direct from the developer’s site, but currently the iOS app is no longer available.
