I know I saw a parent helping his young child pound a nail into the cross in the front of our church tonight – very touching.

We need to know and realize that though our children are so sweet and innocent they are born into sin just like us.  Which is another reason why baptism is so important.  Read this article to see why baptism is necessary.  Baptism is not just sprinkling water , but through water and the Word, the Holy Spirit enters our hearts.  It’s not something we can see, but we must believe it to be so.
