This is a free tech podcast that I just found. It isn’t “tech-y”, but in easy to understand terms.
I especially liked the segment about removing Adobe Flash. I’ve removed it from my system about 6 months ago. If I go to a web page that says it needs Flash, I just open the page in Google Chrome, which is much more secure.

Since I am a developer, I like to have several browsers on my system. On Mac OS I primarily use Safari and on Windows I use Internet Explorer.
