A very good reminder that the trials, troubles and joys in our lives are entirely for our good. They help to build us up, strengthen our faith and trust in Him.
This devotion uses the story of Joseph in Genesis, but think also of the First Apostles and the persecution that the Christian Church went through as it was struggling to spread. How is it that God could use such a vehement persecutor of the early Christians in Saul to write a majority of the New Testament.
